“Human Resources Management” Course by Professor Ge Yuhui of USST BS was on the List of the First Batch of National First-class Undergraduate Course Recognition Result

On November 30th of 2020, Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China published “Notice on the announcement of the results of the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses”, identifying 5118 courses as the first batch of national first-class undergraduate course (including national online open course and national virtual simulation experiment teaching project in 2017 and 2018). Human Resources Management course by Professor Ge Yuhui of our Business School has got the first batch of the award.

Human Resources Managementcourse has been school key course construction in 2006, school excellent course construction in 2007, school core course in 2010, key course and excellent course in Shanghai in 2011. This course focuses on the orientation of “Engineering, innovation, internationalization”,  which leads the students to explore the human resources of enterprises in the orientation of Intelligent manufacturing, creativity and entrepreneurial talent and Internationalization .  This course adheres to the teaching philosophy of “teaching as a guide, learning as a base, researching as a support”.

Human Resources Management course improves students’ level of knowledge, ability on operation and creation by offering first-hand experience, interaction and practical operation and taking the teaching methods of “Scenario simulation, teaching experience and enterprise practical operation”. It systematically excavates and summarizes the elements of ideological and political education contained in the teaching contents, encouraging students to think over the political standards of talent developing during the human resources management work in the new era and finally reaching the aim of utilizing and reviewing what your learnt when working, realizing to cultivate a good command of skill on human resources management and development.
