On the afternoon of November 27th, the case teaching salon of Party members' development work in the special training class of Party Affairs of The Business School was held at the 1906 Coffee Bar at the Cultural Wharf of The Business School. Pu Yingying, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Wang Qujian, full-time organizer, party branch secretaries, and branch committees attended this salon event. The Party Committee of the College invited Qiu Xisheng, the special party organizer of the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology, to give on-site case teaching.
First of all, Pu Yingying introduced the original intention of holding a case teaching salon. She pointed out that after inviting teacher Ren Huilan from the organization department to give on-site guidance on the development of party members in the previous period, she once again held a case teaching salon on the development of party members, aiming at improving the professional skill of each branch and solidly promoting the development of party members. She hope that through this salon, each branch can think from the experience of cases and practical work, and strictly enforce the development procedure of party members.
Then, in combination with the Party Constitution, Teacher Qiu Xisheng gave a detailed explanation of the requirements of Party members' development work, the mistakes that are easy to occur in practical work, and the causes. Party branch secretaries also asked questions on the spot on the problems encountered in their work, and Mr. Qiu answered them one by one.
The Party Committee of The Business School is faced with many problems, such as the number of branches and party members, and the pressure on the development of party members. Through special training, optimization of grass-roots organizational structure, and other measures, the pressure is transmitted layer by layer, and the responsibility is compacted layer by layer, so as to give full play to the role of the fighting bastion of grass-roots party branches and drive the overall party building work forward.
