On the afternoon of November 3rd, as one of the important contents of special training course on Party affairs of the Business School(BS), Ren Huilan, Deputy Director of School Organization Department was invited to make a special lecture ‘Improving political standing and doing a good job in developing Party members’ in the second conference room. Xie Xihao, deputy director of the Organization Department, Wang Qujian, full-time organizer of the Party Committee of BS, Party Committee and Party branch secretaries of the BS attended the lecture. The lecture was presided by Pu Yingying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School.
Pu Yingying first started from the importance and significance of the Party member development work and raised higher requirement on developing Party member’s working quality. She expressed gratitude to Organization Department’s support of special training course of the Party affairs held at the Business School, hoping all Party branch secretaries can take advantage of this opportunity to digest, absorb and apply, and further improve their own business level, so as to ensure the development work of Party members to be more solid.
Ren Huilan first introduced the development of Party members in our university and BS in recent years. With the combination of the specific reality, procedure demands and time demands, Ren made a concrete introduction on Party members development work and shared some problems encountered in the actual work. She hoped everyone could develop the Party members and add new “blood” to Party according to the general demand of “controlling the total amount, optimizing the structure, improving the quality and playing a role”.
