Affected by the COVID-19, some citizens postponed the ritual sweeping and funeral to the winter Solstice, which ushered in a rush of people around the festival. How to handle the winter Solstice festival under the requirements of epidemic prevention and control? Zhao Xin analyzed this problem from three perspectives, namely, perfecting the data-driven refined governance, promoting the scene governance and the whole process governance with people's demand as the core, and optimizing the multi-department coordinated action with large passenger flow aggregation control as the difficulty.
For community fire and security problems, Zhao Xin speaks that public safety is the bottom line of urban future development and social livelihood of the people's impression.
