On December 19, sponsored by China MBA Sports League, Shanghai MBA Sodality and MBA Sunshine Sports Organizing Committee, under the guidance of Amony chess institute, organized by Shanghai Fengwang Sports Technology Co., Ltd, the 2nd China MBA Chess Master Cup Team Competition was successfully held in Building 1 in China Menggu in Qingpu District in Shanghai. USST MBA was invited to participate in this competition. Besides, there are 10 participating teams from the University of Science and Technology of China, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, East China Normal University, Donghua University, East China University of Science and Technology, and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, etc.
After a day of the exciting duel, the USST MBA Team composed of Teacher Lu Zhikun from the Business School, 2020 MBA Chen Hang, and Huang Weichao won the Best Participation Award and Chen Hang won the All Winning prize.
After the competition, Chinese chess grandmaster Zheng Yihong and grandmaster Chen Hongsheng performed wonderful tricks and interpretations on the mistakes made by the players in the course of this competition, winning warm applause from the participating players.
In the end, the two masters and the winners had a fun game in the form of wheel warfare, allowing everyone to experience the chess style of Chinese chess grandmasters.
In this competition, USST MBA students competed in friendship and achieved results, which fully demonstrated the cohesion and combat effectiveness of USST people. Through the competition, the students experienced the ever-changing game of chess, the crooked road of the game, the meeting of the opponents, the feeling of horizontal, vertical, and horizontal, joy in it, which promoted the teamwork spirit of the USST MBA students.
