Recently, Li Wenxiang, a young faculty member of the Department of Transportation Systems Engineering in Business School, was invited to be the Lead Guest Editor of a special issue on“Transitions Towards Electrification,Automation, and Shared Mobility for Urban Transport” for an international journal named “Journal of Advanced Transportation”.
With the theme of Transitions Towards Electrification, Automation, and Shared Mobility for Urban Transport, this special issue aims to solicit high-quality original research and review articles related to electric vehicles, connected and autonomous vehicles, shared micro-mobility, car-sharing, ridesharing, ride splitting, and other shared mobility services, and the behaviors, operations, impacts, and policies of the above technologies. The “Journal of Advanced Transportation” is published by Hindawi, indexed with SCI, and JCR – Q3 in Transportation Science & Technology. The impact factor of this journal is 2.419. According to Elsevier's 2020 CiteScore, this journal is in the top 23% of international journals in Economics and Econometrics.
Li Wenxiang has been focusing on low-carbon transportation planning, spatio-temporal big data mining, shared traffic management and other research directions. He currently is supported by 5 national and provincial grants including NSFC, and published more than 20 academic papers in well-known journals at home and abroad as first author or corresponding author, including 13 SCI/SSCI papers and 7 of them is JCR-Q1. He has also served as peer reviewer for more than ten international journals, and has reviewed dozens of manuscripts. His rich scientific work and publications have qualified him to be a lead guest editor of SCI journals.
