Xiao Yuewen, a young faculty published an article titled “Jumps, news, and subsequent return dynamics: an intraday study” in “Journal of Financial Research”, which is a reputable international journal in finance. Recently, the article has been announced by the journal as one of the two outstanding articles published in 2020.
In this article, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, is the first affiliation, Xiao Yuewen is the first author as well as corresponding author. Xiangkang Yin from Deakin University is the second author. Jing Zhao from La trobe University is the third author. “Journal of Financial Research” is published for the Southern and Southwestern Finance Associations by Wiley-Blackwell Publishing, rated as 3 in the ABS list, with an IF of 2.067.
