The 6th International Conference on Understanding China was held in Guangzhou from December 1st to 4th. The conference was hosted by the National Innovation and Development Strategy Research Society, the Chinese People's Diplomatic Affairs Society and the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, and organized by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a video speech at the opening ceremony. The International Conference on Understanding China has been held for five consecutive sessions.
