In order to focus on talent cultivation and highlight professional training, in 2022, the Changqing Academy in Changbai Xincun Street was upgraded to Changqing Talent Academy (version 2), setting the targets of extensive coverage, professional capacity enhancement, high-caliber talent cultivation and sustainable effectiveness.
On the afternoon of February 23,2022, the street held the opening ceremony “Changqing Talent Academy. MS Zhang Li, vice minister of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee, attended the event and gave a speech. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Sun Hui, secretary of the Street Party and Worker committee and director of the People's Congress Working Committee, Mr. Zhou Zhiyu, deputy secretary of the Street Party and Work committee and Level-2 Investigator, 50 young cadres or so attended the event.
Associate Professor Zhu Shuicheng, Director of the Department of Public Administration BS-USST, Ms Xie Jing, Deputy Director of the Street Administration Office, Associate Professor Li Xiao of the Yangpu District Party School, and Qiu Renjun, Head of the Qiu Renjun Famous Secretary Studio were engaged as the first batch of mentors of the Changqing Talent Academy.
